Basically we are offering to provide advice and professional services including:

· PC Troubleshooting

· Network Troubleshooting

· Advice on PCs, Networks, Servers, Software, Internet Services and more...

In the church environment, some of the issues I see include things like:

· We think we need a server but we don’t know anything about servers.

· What’s the best...
   - antivirus software to use
   - computer to buy
   - printer to buy
   - way to post sermons on my website

· Is our network really secure?

· Is it safe to install a wireless router?

· How can we get email addresses for the church staff?

· Should we set up our server as a domain controller?

My personal favorite is:

· A [former] member of our church set up our network for us and [he/she] knew just enough to be dangerous.  Now when something goes wrong, we don’t know what to do.  Can you help us?

It is not our intent to be your first tier PC support tech.  We would rather help you or someone in your organization with the advice and support they need to keep your computing environment running smooth and cost effectively.  However, we don’t mind rolling up our sleeves when something has you stumped.
